OUR PASTOR
Dr. Boyd is a Prolific Preacher, Teacher and Psalmist; His public and pulpit ministry is highlighted, not only by his dynamic preaching and oratory giftings, but also by the Spirit of Worship that rests upon him. He has been the Senior Pastor of the Apostolic Church At New Orleans since its conception in May of 1991. He is also the Founding Presiding Bishop of the Church of the Apostolic Faith International, Inc. Bishop Boyd attributes much of the success that he has enjoyed in Ministry to the Faithful and Dedicated Labor and Support of his Wife and Ministry Partner for Twenty-five years—Lady Karla Amedee Boyd. Dr. and Lady Boyd are both life-long residents of New Orleans, LA., where they reside with their three children: Kevin Jr., Kayla and Kristen. All of which are actively involved in the work of the ministry at CANO.
OUR CHURCH
Our mission is to turn the hearts of men back to the only True God, and prepare God’s people for His soon return (The Rapture of His Church; 1 Thessalonians 4:16-18) by instructing them in the knowledge of the One True Gospel of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and by teaching them to walk in holiness, righteousness and the Truth and Light of God’s Holy Word.
