OUR PASTOR
Dr. Boyd is a Prolific Preacher, Teacher, and Psalmist; His public and pulpit ministry is highlighted, not only by his dynamic preaching and oratory giftings, but also by the Spirit of Worship that rests upon him. He has been the Senior Pastor of the Apostolic Church At New Orleans since its conception in May of 1991. He is also the Presiding Bishop of the Church of the Apostolic Faith International, Inc. Bishop Boyd attributes much of the success that he has enjoyed in Ministry to the Faithful and Dedicated Labor and Support of his Wife and Ministry Partner for thirty-three years—Lady Karla Amedee Boyd. Dr. and Lady Boyd are both lifelong residents of New Orleans, LA., where they reside. They have three grown children, a daughter-in-law, a son-in-law, and two grandsons.
OUR CHURCH
Our mission is to turn the hearts of men back to the only True God, and prepare God’s people for His soon return (The Rapture of His Church; 1 Thessalonians 4:16-18) by instructing them in the knowledge of the One True Gospel of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and by teaching them to walk in holiness, righteousness and the Truth and Light of God’s Holy Word.
